Improper access control in Dell Power Manager 3.3 through 3.14 allows local users to execute arbitrary code through an insecure temporary file. Power Manager creates a temporary file in a directory whose permissions permit low-privileged interference; Dell does not identify the file, directory, or triggering code path. Exploitation requires local low-privilege access and yields code execution with limited access, including data disclosure or service interruption.
