Arbitrary file read via traversed URL path

Path traversal in OTCMS 6.0 through 6.62 allows attackers to read arbitrary server files through the url parameter. The /admin/read.php?mudi=announContent handler treats the attacker-controlled value as a file path without confining it to an intended directory. Published assessments disagree on authentication and network reachability, while disclosure remains limited to files readable by the web process.
