Path traversal in OTCMS 6.0 through 6.62 allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary files through usersNews_deal.php. The endpoint uses an attacker-controlled file argument containing ../filedir to select a download path without adequately restricting traversal. Adjacent-network access and low privileges are required, and the documented consequence is file disclosure without modification or service interruption.
