Authenticated SSRF via unrestricted signalUrl destination

SSRF in OTCMS 6.62 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to make the server request attacker-chosen URLs. The /admin/read.php?mudi=getSignal handler accepts signalUrl as a server-side request destination without restricting it to an expected host. Low-privileged access to the administrative endpoint is required, and successful exploitation can reach network resources accessible to the server.
