Process-memory disclosure via EXR buffer over-read

An out-of-bounds read in Apple ImageIO allows attackers to disclose process memory by processing an EXR image on affected operating systems. ImageIO reads crafted EXR data past the end of an allocated buffer rather than rejecting the invalid input. Exploitation requires user interaction on iOS and iPadOS before 16.5, tvOS before 16.5, watchOS before 9.5, or macOS before 13.4, and exposes data from the current process.
