Document disclosure via unauthenticated CUPS-Get-Document requests

Authentication bypass in CUPS on macOS before 11.7.7, 12.6.6, and 13.4 allows remote attackers to read recent print jobs. The default CUPS policy omits authentication for CUPS-Get-Document, so cupsd returns a retained job file in an IPP response. Exploitation requires network access to cupsd plus the print job owner's name and job ID; the result is document disclosure only.
