Authenticated SSRF via unrestricted comic image URL

Server-side request forgery in chshcms Mccms 2.6.0 through 2.6.5 allows remote authenticated users to initiate server-side requests. Comic.php's pic_save function accepts the pic parameter as a remote image location and passes it to the server-side retrieval path without restricting the destination. Administrative access is required, and resulting requests originate from the web server's network context.
