OS command injection in Teltonika Networks RUT router firmware 00.07.00 through 00.07.03 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands. The Lua service forwards a user-provided package name into a function that invokes the name as an OS command, allowing an injected payload to run. Reachability requires low privileges and adjacent-network access; execution occurs in the vulnerable service's security context.
