Authenticated server-originated requests via unrestricted pic_api URL

Server-side request forgery in chshcms Mccms 2.6.0 through 2.6.5 allows remote authenticated users to send server-originated requests. The pic_api function in sys/apps/controllers/admin/Comic.php accepts the url argument without restricting its destination and makes an outbound request. Low-privileged authenticated access to the administrative endpoint is required, and a crafted URL can reach resources accessible from the Mccms server.
