Root command execution via device identity impersonation

Improper authentication in Teltonika Networks Remote Management System before 4.10.0 allows remote attackers to execute commands as root. Device claiming and device authentication treat a serial number and MAC address as sufficient identity, allowing a matching pair to impersonate the device and obtain its communication credentials. Knowledge of both identifiers is required; the impersonated registration then exposes management functions that execute arbitrary commands on the device.
