Service crash via zero-length string copy

Heap buffer overflow in OpenPrinting CUPS 2.4.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash cupsd via a crafted network request. During debug-level request logging, format_log_line can pass a zero-length destination to _cups_strlcpy, which writes past the heap buffer because it lacks a size-zero guard. The service must accept the request and cupsd.conf must set LogLevel to DEBUG; the demonstrated consequence is a cupsd crash, not verified code execution.
