Remote code execution via crafted resource identifiers

Path traversal in CKAN before 2.9.9 and CKAN 2.10.0 allows remote authenticated users to write files via crafted resource IDs. ResourceUploader uses an attacker-supplied resource ID when handling resource_create or package_update uploads, allowing arbitrary-path writes, resource disclosure, and overwrites. Dataset create or edit permission is required, and code execution additionally requires the file-backed Beaker session store, whose unsafe pickle loading processes the written session data.
