Credential brute force via unthrottled WebDAV Basic Auth

Missing login throttling in Nextcloud Server 24.0.0 through 24.0.10 and 25.0.0 through 25.0.4 allows remote attackers to brute-force credentials. The WebDAV Basic Authentication path does not apply brute-force protection when the supplied username is not an email address, allowing repeated password guesses. Exploitation requires a reachable WebDAV endpoint and a non-email account name; a correct guess grants the access assigned to that account.
