Arbitrary file write via unchecked archive paths

Path traversal in Autolab 2.10.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to write arbitrary files through MOSS tar uploads. The extract_tar_for_moss method joins an archive-controlled pathname to the extraction directory, while its slash replacement does not alter the destination passed to File.open. Instructor access to an existing course is required; crafted Base File or Additional file archives allow creation or replacement of files writable by the Autolab process.
