Host code execution via Proxy argument-array leak

Sandbox escape in Patrik Simek vm2 3.9.17 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute code on the host through crafted sandbox code. Error stack preparation calls attacker-controlled err.name.toString through a Proxy from the host context; Proxy then exposes a host-created argument array whose constructor reaches host Function. The default VM configuration is sufficient, and commands run with the privileges of the Node.js host process.
