Host file disclosure via unrestricted snippet paths

Path traversal in the Snippets extension of facelessuser PyMdown Extensions before 10.0 allows attackers to read host files. The get_snippet_path method passes absolute or traversal-containing paths through os.path.join without checking that the resolved file remains beneath base_path. Exposure requires an application to enable Snippets for attacker-controlled Markdown; successful input discloses any file readable by the host process.
