Unauthenticated SQL injection via ignored sorting errors
Published May 15, 2023 · Updated Jan 22, 2025
SQL injection in Anuko Time Tracker before 1.22.11.5781 allows remote attackers to alter database data through invoice sorting. The invoices.php POST handler validates two sort orders but passes them to ttGroupHelper::getActiveInvoices after validation has recorded an error. No authentication or user interaction is required; crafted sorting values enable Boolean-based blind SQL injection, database changes, and service interruption without confirmed direct disclosure.
