CVE-2023-32275Public exploit

Heap-address disclosure via certificate enumeration keys

Published Oct 12, 2023 · Updated Nov 4, 2025

Information disclosure in CtEnumCa in SoftEther VPN 4.41-9782-beta and 5.01.9674 allows local users to read heap addresses. CtEnumCa copies each trusted CA certificate object pointer into the RPC response key, directly on 32-bit builds and as an unsalted MD5-derived value on 64-bit builds. Access requires authenticated administrative control of the VPN Client or VPN Server; the disclosed values reveal process heap layout but do not alter data or service operation.
