Local system crash via connected-socket accept race

Use-after-free in the Linux kernel before 6.1.11 allows local users to crash the system through AF_NETROM sockets. nr_listen accepts a connected socket, letting nr_accept return a child that shares the parent's sock; racing socket closures then free that object before nr_release calls sock_hold on it. Exploitation requires NET/ROM routing to be configured or CAP_NET_ADMIN in the initial namespace, and successful abuse interrupts the system by crashing it.
