Namespace privilege escalation via unchecked API group

Improper privilege management in SUSE Rancher allows remote authenticated users to control project namespaces through malformed global roles. The project RBAC reconciler treats create or wildcard namespace rules in any API group as core-group rules and generates edit-level namespace roles. Exploitation requires high-privileged access to create a global role; resulting access permits namespace reads, changes, deletion, secret exposure, or quota abuse.
