SSH key disclosure via Salt file exposure

Information disclosure in SUSE Manager Server Module 4.3 allows local users to obtain SSH keys used to bootstrap managed clients. The bootstrap workflow temporarily stores client SSH keys under /srv/susemanager/salt/salt_ssh within the Salt file tree, where any Salt Minion can request the sensitive data. Exploitation requires access through a Salt Minion, and disclosed keys retain authorization to access Salt SSH-managed systems.
