Local code execution via unsafe temporary file

Insecure storage of sensitive information in OpenSUSE openSUSE Welcome 0.1 allows local users to execute code via a custom XFCE layout. PanelLayouter::applyLayout() removes and copies data through the fixed /tmp/layout path without checking failures, allowing another local user to precreate a file whose contents are consumed by the XFCE panel configuration script and can overwrite .bashrc. Exploitation requires a victim running XFCE to click Customize and choose a layout; execution occurs in that user's context.
