Root code execution via LocalIPAddress command injection

Command injection in D-Link DIR-2640 firmware 1.11B02 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute code as root via HNAP1. The HNAP1 handler passes the unvalidated LocalIPAddress parameter into a system call, allowing shell metacharacters to become commands. Exploitation requires network-adjacent access and an authenticated management session, but a separate authentication bypass can satisfy that gate.
