Root code execution via truncated webupg allocation

Numeric truncation in D-Link DAP-1360 6.14B01 EU HOTFIX allows network-adjacent attackers to execute arbitrary code as root. The UPGCGI_CheckAuth path for /cgi-bin/webupg insufficiently validates user-supplied data, causing an integer overflow before allocating a buffer. Authentication is not required, but the management endpoint must be reachable from the attacker's adjacent network.
