Out-of-bounds write in Santesoft Sante DICOM Viewer Pro 11.8.11.0 allows remote attackers to execute code via a crafted J2K image. The J2K parser writes crafted image data past the end of its allocated buffer. Exploitation requires the target to visit a malicious page or open the image, after which code runs with the current process's privileges.
