Information disclosure in SAP GUI for Windows 7.70 and 8.0 allows remote attackers to obtain a victim's NTLM authentication data via a crafted shortcut. SAP has not disclosed which shortcut-processing operation exposes the NTLM authentication data. Exploitation requires the victim to click the file; captured credentials permit data access and modification within the victim's authorization scope.
