HMAC key disclosure via optimized-away buffer clearing

Information exposure in Silicon Laboratories Gecko Platform 4.2.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to obtain HMAC keys from RAM. In sli_se_driver_mac_compute, an optimizing compiler removes buffer clearing as a dead store, leaving duplicated key material resident in memory. The affected path is limited to EFR32xG21 devices performing PSA_ALG_HMAC MAC computation with keys whose lengths are not multiples of four bytes.
