Unauthenticated subscriptions and publishing via pre-CONNECT frames

Improper authentication in Eclipse Vert.x STOMP 3.1.0 through 3.9.15 and 4.0.0 through 4.4.1 allows remote attackers to bypass login. StompServerImpl forwarded parsed TCP and WebSocket frames to the STOMP handler before requiring an initial CONNECT frame and successful CONNECTED response. Servers configured with an authentication handler are exposed, allowing unauthorized destination subscriptions and message publication.
