Execution with unnecessary privileges in Pterodactyl Wings before 1.7.5 and 1.11.0 through 1.11.5 allows attackers to access the host. The installation container executes shell commands from server install scripts or untrusted egg-derived environment data with elevated container privileges. Exploitation requires control of an install script, a compromised Panel administrator account, or an egg that incorporates user-controlled data; successful exploitation escapes the container and grants host-system access.
