Account takeover via unchecked username authorization

Authorization bypass in Gravitl Netmaker before 0.17.1 and 0.18.0 through 0.18.5 allows remote attackers to reset another user's password. The updateUser handler trusted the username route parameter and passed the selected account to UpdateUser without verifying a bearer token or checking that the caller owned that username. Network access to the user-update API is sufficient, and a successful reset enables takeover of the targeted account.
