CVE-2023-32072Network attack vector

Stored script execution via unsanitized Jenkins job URL

Published May 29, 2023 · Updated Jan 13, 2025

Stored XSS in affected Enalean Tuleap releases allows remote authenticated users to run script via a triggered Jenkins job URL. JenkinsWebhookPresenter inserts each logged job URL into an href after generic HTML purification, without URI attribute sanitization; the patch sanitizes the attribute and escapes link text separately. Exploitation requires a Git administrator to configure a malicious Jenkins hook and another Git administrator to view its log, exposing the victim's browser context without interrupting the service.
