Improper access control in affected DHIS2 Core releases allows remote authenticated users to read restricted tracker events. The trackedEntityInstances and events API endpoints return events without enforcing Category Option Combination sharing settings for specific tracker program events or stages. The issue requires the relevant sharing configuration and a logged-in user; it exposes event data that the configured category permissions should conceal.
