Integer overflow in Microsoft Raw Image Extension allows attackers to execute arbitrary code through a malicious RAW image file. Microsoft identifies CWE-190 but has not published the affected decoder locus, the overflowed calculation, or how it corrupts memory. Exploitation requires an attacker to send the file and convince a user to open it locally, enabling code execution on that user's system.
