SYSTEM code execution via Command class deserialization

Deserialization in affected Microsoft Exchange Server 2016 and 2019 builds allows remote authenticated users to execute code as SYSTEM. The PowerShell backend permits an allow-listed MultiValuedProperty conversion to instantiate an omitted Command type, whose constructor starts a process from attacker-controlled input. An Exchange account and network access to PowerShell remoting are required; exploitation runs arbitrary commands with SYSTEM privileges.
