Policy bypass in Node.js 16.x, 18.x, and 20.x allows attackers to load modules excluded by an experimental policy manifest. The module.constructor.createRequire() path accepts an attacker-chosen module identity and creates a require function whose loads escape policy.json dependency constraints. Exploitation requires attacker-controlled JavaScript in a process launched with experimental policy enforcement; successful use defeats the intended module-loading boundary.
