Filesystem statistics disclosure via missing fs.statfs check

Permission-model bypass in Node.js 20.0.0 through 20.5.0 allows attackers to retrieve filesystem statistics via fs.statfs. StatFs in src/node_file.cc passed the supplied path to the filesystem binding without checking FileSystemRead permission. The issue is reachable only when the experimental permission model runs with --allow-fs-read limited to one or more paths, and it discloses filesystem statistics rather than file contents.
