OAuth flow hijacking via reused state

CSRF in Fastify @fastify/oauth2 before 7.2.0 allows remote attackers to hijack an OAuth flow through a reused state value. At module startup, index.js creates one defaultState value, and defaultGenerateStateFunction returns it for every user's authorization request. A victim must interact with the attacker's flow; successful exploitation compromises confidentiality across the OAuth trust boundary.
