Discovery service interruption via empty UDP packet

Denial of service in Hanwha Vision IP cameras and encoders allows remote attackers to disable device discovery with an empty UDP packet. The WS Discovery and proprietary discovery listeners on UDP ports 3702 and 7701 leave their service threads nonfunctional after processing an empty datagram. No authentication or user interaction is required from the local network, but the effect is limited to discovery and does not interrupt other camera services.
