Process crash via out-of-bounds global buffer read

Global buffer overflow in Catdoc 0.95 allows local users to crash the process by supplying a crafted argument to the -b option. The process_file function reads two bytes before the global buffer in reader.c when it processes the supplied value. Triggering requires local command execution and a crafted -b argument; the published demonstration ends in an AddressSanitizer abort.
