Authenticated arbitrary SQL execution via unbound viewid
Published Jul 28, 2023 · Updated Nov 27, 2024
SQL injection in PHPGurukul Rail Pass Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary SQL via viewid. The admin/view-pass-detail.php handler inserts the unfiltered GET value directly into a SELECT statement instead of binding it as a parameter. A valid administrator session is required; the published proof of concept demonstrates Boolean response differences and database table enumeration.
