Authenticated SQL injection via unfiltered editid parameter
Published Jul 28, 2023 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
SQL injection in PHPGurukul Rail Pass Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute SQL through the editid parameter. The admin/edit-pass-detail.php handler concatenates the unfiltered GET value into a SELECT statement, producing distinguishable responses for true and false predicates. An administrator session is required, and the demonstrated consequence is database enumeration through a response-based oracle.
