User Operator privilege escalation via role ID tampering

Privilege escalation in Suprema BioStar 2 before 2.9.1 allows remote authenticated users with User Operator access to gain administrator privileges. The user-creation API trusts a client-supplied role ID in a PUT request, allowing value 255 to be replaced with administrator role value 1 without server-side authorization validation. User Operator credentials are required; the resulting administrator account can manage users and doors and access directory-synchronized user information.
