Heap corruption via oversized typed-array sort

Out-of-bounds write in JerryScript 3.0 allows local users to corrupt heap memory by sorting an oversized Int16Array. For an Int16Array length of 1,073,741,825, ecma_builtin_typedarray_prototype_sort allocates a four-byte temporary buffer and writes a four-byte element immediately past it. Crafted JavaScript must be executed; the published test aborts under AddressSanitizer or hits a debug assertion, and arbitrary code execution is not demonstrated.
