Unauthenticated SSRF via followed HTTP redirects

SSRF in Owncast before 0.1.0 allows remote attackers to make the server request attacker-selected URLs through HTTP redirects. The WebFinger and IndieAuth HTTP clients followed redirects after initial destination handling, allowing a permitted URL to redirect the server to another host. No authentication or user interaction is required, and reachable internal services can be read or modified only to the extent their HTTP interfaces permit.
