Unrestricted file upload in Teachers Record Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute server-side code. The changeimage.php profile-picture handler accepts a newpic file named with .php.gif and containing GIF89a bytes plus embedded PHP. A teacher account and a server configuration that processes the inner PHP extension are required for host command execution.
