Unauthenticated file inclusion via incorrect reference resolution
Published May 23, 2023 · Updated Jan 17, 2025
File inclusion in D-Link DIR-300 firmware REVA1.06 and earlier and REVB2.06 and earlier allows remote attackers to include unintended files. The /model/__lang_msg.php endpoint resolves an attacker-controlled file reference outside its intended resource scope. No credentials or user interaction are required; public records do not identify the parameter or establish whether inclusion permits code execution.
