Stored XSS via unsanitized homepage link fields

Stored XSS in the Chamilo LMS 1.11.18 homepage editor allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's browser. The configure_homepage.php handler applied only trimming and slash removal to homepage link fields before storing them without XSS filtering. Administrative access is required to submit the payload, and another user must view the affected homepage; the script then runs in that viewer's browser context.
