Authenticated SQL injection via interpolated inquiry ID

Published Jun 9, 2023 · Updated Nov 22, 2024

SQL injection in Lost and Found Information System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to manipulate its database via a crafted inquiry ID. The admin/inquiries/view_inquiry.php handler interpolates the id query parameter directly into a SELECT statement without binding or escaping.
