Unauthenticated SQL injection via signin username

SQL injection in FUXA 1.1.12 and earlier allows remote attackers to alter database queries through the /api/signin endpoint. The sign-in handler accepts SQL syntax in the JSON username value, so a crafted HTTP POST body changes the database expression evaluated during authentication. No account or user interaction is required; the published proof of concept forces an expensive database operation that can interrupt the service.
