Utility crash via unchecked image-section offsets

Heap-buffer overflow in LibTIFF tiffcrop before 4.7.0 allows local users to crash the utility by processing a crafted TIFF file. extractImageSection copies and indexes data at offsets derived from malformed image layout without checking them against the allocated input buffer. Execution requires a user to run tiffcrop with the crafted file and affected crop options; the demonstrated consequence is a process crash.
